Team Registration Form

It is important that you have player ID before registering a team!

If you do not have player ID, please register first as a player and get the ID.

As soon as you obtain the player ID, enter it as your team captain's ID, and enter your password.

You will receive the team ID after successful registration.

Team name must be unique at least for the given country and/or city

Note: if you select Masters or Amateurs division, you will be unable to change it to 3-X later.
